Pedregal

This project, located in Pedregal, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. Is a residential house that sets its design pattern by separating the intimate areas from the social ones by means of an intermediate element, which serves to isolate the sound between the areas, achieving a congruence between the spaces. One of the characteristics of the project is that it has great views, which are framed in our spaces, making it part of the interior decoration and with the proper use of mirrors, generates an effect of depth and light in the space. Another benefit that this project has is that it has an independent access on the terrace through an elevator, which perfectly suits the active social life of the couple, our users.  Wood as a material plays a fundamental role, as dark walnut is integrated as the main coating on the interior walls. Marble and onyx stone were also used.
