Magnolia

Magnolia is an apartment that we designed in a way that allowed the user to experience private spaces without losing the common areas, which were very important for the couple. The first floor has multifunctional and elegant furniture that makes it a versatile space. The terrace on the upper floor was also created in such a way that it doesn’t invade the private space by having an elevator that arrives directly to the terrace. The materials that were chosen for the project were: wood, marble, mirror panels and oak for the flooring.
