Liu

The project, located in the LIU tower, in the municipality of San Pedro Garza García in Nuevo León, is an apartment in which multifunctionality was used as the guiding concept for interior design. It is about generating elements that make the space more efficient; this was achieved through furniture. Such is the case of the design of the main furniture that functions as a bookshelf, tv cabinet, desk, and bar. We can see another example in the cabinet of the chamber, which integrates a closet and the tv furniture. The lighting takes on an important role, because through a large window in the living room, you get natural light and great views. In terms of materiality, the use of carpentry, through the selection of natural American walnut wood, together with the apparent concrete and the use of glass, we achieved to maintain an elegant and cozy appearance.
